Beauty Bright India reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse a user’s registration on the Website without giving any reason.
Unless otherwise specified with specific products, these terms and conditions abrogate all portrayals, interpretations, or agreements and shall take priority over any other terms of any order posted.
Delivery & Shipping
On most occasions, acknowledged orders will be shipped within the specified delivery time, e.g. date and time. We will try to pack and deliver the products as soon as possible after they are ordered. However, the overall estimated delivery time, including the date, may change due to unforeseen factors such as a customer’s geographical position, shipment destination, availability of the product, and the shipping timestamp of the delivery partner. The metadata about delivery charges, if any, will be available to the customer before he or she completes the order.
If your order contains one or even more faulty products, proceed to submit a single complaint as the return/replacement will be managed once and only.
Customers must prevent acknowledging tainted or ruptured shipments.

Products Use And Services

It is recommended that our allergy-prone customers always read the product’s ingredient list before using it. Beauty Bright India is not subject to liability for allergic reactions caused by ingredients listed on the products.
Cancellations, Return and Refund
Because Beauty Bright India may be unable to acknowledge many such orders, we have the right, in our reasonable opinion, to withdraw any orders. Several reasons could include mistakes, issues associated by our fraud protection division, or any purchase placed throughout a technical hiccup or misconfiguration, among many others. We will immediately inform you if your order has already been rescinded entirely or in part, or if extended details are required to send your order.
If Beauty Bright India cancels an order, refunds are processed within a certain time frame. Most of the time, a return policy is not available to customers, and we will not be responsible for the return of products purchased by the customer with all due care.
